Project: To extend the main office building with the addition of an extensive warehouse and distribution facility

Materials Used: Pallet racking, high quality steelwork and mezzanine flooring

We were recently asked by TLC Development Southern to carry out an extensive building project that involved the extension of an existing property to include a warehouse and distribution facility.

Once the core of the extension had been constructed, using high quality steelwork, we designed and constructed a bespoke mezzanine floor to increase the potential space of the property, as well as fitting pallet racking throughout.

The extension was around 100m in length and utilised our full range of steelwork, mezzanine flooring and pallet racking expertise.
